I studied microbiology at BRAC University and work on the boundary between the lab and the machines around it: cameras, electronics, mechanisms, and the software that turns their output into something a biologist can use.

I'm a Student Investigator at icddr,b, working under Muntasir Alam, PhD.
My part of the project applies AI and machine learning to microbiology problems. Before that, I trained at Rokea Chemical Industries Limited from 2023, where I still help when problems come up, and did a microbiology internship at BIRDEM.

My university thesis was on optical scattering technology in microbiology. I like understanding the machine that does the measuring, not just the biology, so I build whole systems and learn by building.
